Young people and teenagers — Offering a gentle, creative, and supportive space for young people experiencing anxiety, low confidence, social pressures, exam stress, or difficulties expressing how they feel

How I Work

I believe therapy is most effective when built on a foundation of trust and connection. That’s why I offer a free, no-pressure discovery call, so you can get a feel for how I work and ask any questions before deciding to move forward.

Depending on your needs and preferences, we can work through counselling, hypnotherapy, or a blend of both. Some clients prefer focused therapy around a specific issue, some come as individuals exploring their inner world, and others come as couples wanting to strengthen or repair their relationship.

I tailor our work to suit you — whether you are coming alone or together — moving at your pace, with care, respect, and collaboration at the heart of the process.
