I came to see Laura for Hypnotherapy as I was struggling in my relationship. My 11yr old daughter requested to see a hypnotherapist to help with her fear of flying, I was lucky enough to find Laura! My daughter is neurodivergent, and anxiety is a huge barrier in her life, Laura was able to help her work through this particular problem using a range of techniques. From the second we met Laura I felt this would be positive experience because she was so welcoming and instantly put my daughter at ease. The hypnotherapy has been a huge success and meant we could go on a family holiday for the first time in years, but it went deeper than that, it really helped to calm my daughter and she not only did the flight but looked forward and enjoyed the return journey, even with a 3.5hr runway delay! From the moment I walked into Laura’s room I felt calm and peaceful. I’ve never had any therapy before so didn’t know what to expect but Laura put me at ease. I came to see her after being caught up in an abusive controlling relationship and felt lost in life and had no self-worth.
